Executive Key Performance Indicators Dashboard for Medium Size Community Bank

Our custom designed dashboards are accessible online to the entire executive team. Each executive has their own Dashboard which monitors their key performance indicators by showing trends, metrics vs goals, or alert flags in and allows drilling down to specific detail such as account or transaction. Providing the needed information to manage in real-time and not be waiting for reports. The completed dashboards were reviewed with each area’s executive and subject matter expert to verify calculations and appearance. This project required a very detailed project plan which we created and managed. The dashboards covered the following areas of the bank: Branch Administration, Credit Administration,Commercial Lending, Finance, Human Resources, Loan Origination, and Sales and Service.

Standard Reports for medium size Community Bank

After the implementation of the new data warehouse, we developed over 180 standard reports for the bank. The reports were automated to run on-demand daily, weekly, or monthly

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Software Integration for Interactive Company

Managed the Implementation of a Saleslogix software platform. The project integrated the entire company on to one platform. It started with the sales process component that included lead management, sales performance, proposals, and pipeline information. The sales information fed into the project management component. The project management component then split the entire project into tasks. The tasks are queued to the areas responsible such as Creative, Copy, and IT. The task are in each area’s work flow and tracked to completion. After a project is marked complete, all the information is available for the billing, accounting, and finance. This project required managing outside vendors, mapping of entire business process flow for all departments, software GAP analysis. testing plans, quality assurance testing, risk assessment, contingency plans, and developing and training staff. This was done to ensure a smooth rollout and limit business risk. The project was delivered On-time within an extremely tight time frame in order to meet the CEO’s expectation.

DATABASE

Database for not-for-profit

Designed and developed a donor database with over 10 years of data. Provided analysis of donor trends and demographics.

Database for small solar company

Developed a MYSQL database for sales tracking and proposals for customers. The database included an interface to add sales leads, tracking of sales process, and contacts with customers, and creation of proposals with different variables. The proposals had complex energy and return on investment calculations based on the configurations.

Data Warehouse for medium size bank

Evaluated and tested the data quality and structure of new data warehouse. Created Wikipedia-like reference on the company internet to solve the issue of different areas using different definitions and calculations for reporting metrics. It included searchable reports, the report description and purpose, and code used to create the report. The reference had business definitions, business calculations, code library, and a data dictionary for the data warehouse. The data dictionary defined over 9,000 fields and documented any data issues or caveats.

Designed tests and automated the plans to check data quality and structure of new data warehouse.

Customer database for small marketing firm

Designed and developed a custom database for a marketing firm which specializes in ethnic marketing. The database tracked various surveys and events for analysis. In addition, the database a tracking system for managing names for list management and exchange process.

TESTING

5010 HIPAA Electronic Billing and Data Exchange for Large Healthcare Company

The applications were modified to accommodate 4010 and 5010 HIPAA electronic billing and data formats required by the government. Designed and created over 3,000 test cases to test data mapping, business case requirements, and negative/missing data. Devised and built an automated testing system to run the test cases which reduced testing time by 80%.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) System for Large Healthcare Company

Developed and implemented a test plan for 153 node IVR System. Created call scripts to test all possible combinations. Worked with the call center to conduct testing and worked with the programmers to fix bugs and other issues uncovered by testing.
